1. As Headware Dealer, do I get discounts when I purchase products?

  • Yes, as a dealer you are entitled to get a 40% discount on all subsequent purchase orders with no minimum quantity order

2. What are the benefits of being a Headware Dealer?    

  • A 40% discount from Retail Price on subsequent purchases for yourself using your personal code.
  • A 20% discount code which you can share with your friends, clients, relatives, colleagues for to be used when they purchase online at the Headware website.
  • A 20% cash rebate on every online purchase using your discount code.
  • An additional 5% cash rebate on further purchases through recommended dealers/resellers.

5. When will I receive my rebate?

  • Rebates will be computed monthly and be released every 20th of the succeeding month. 

6. How will I receive my rebate? 

– Release of rebates will be via Bank Deposit or Mobile Payment (Gcash), Net of EWT.

*Kindly coordinate to us which payment scheme you preferred.

7. Who will shoulder the shipping cost?

– Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer upon checking out on our website. 

*You may also schedule pick-up through your courier (Lalamove,Grab, etc.) with proper coordination with our team.

8. How long does delivery take?

  • Please be advised that delivery lead time may take a longer time than the usual schedule due to the COVID-19 restrictions in the Philippines

9. Can I return/exchange an item of products?

  • Headware, will accept return and exchange, items that are in good condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages from the customers 7 days from the date you received your order. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
